The house has 4 hectares of its own land, Including a vineyard and two meadows. There is a large garden with a pool to the rear of the property and a courtyard with several barns to the front.

The property is around 45 minutes drive from Aeroport Val de Loire (Tours airport), which has Ryan Air access from Stanstead. It is around 1 hours drive from Poitiers airport and around 1½ hours drive from Limoges airport.

Les Marguerites Farmhouse is a traditional French farmhouse built over 150 years ago from local tuffeau stone set in the heart of the Touraine countryside.
Our farmhouse is located in the Loire Valley, an area of outstanding beauty, in the Centre region of France on the edge of the quiet farming hamlet of Les Hautes Bordes.
The village of St Hippolyte with award-winning restaurant and boulangerie is 3km away. The stunning medieval market town of Loches with its numerous restaurants, shops and markets is only 12km away. The property itself is set in 4 hectares of land, can sleep up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and comes complete with its own private pool and vineyard. It is the perfect retreat for one or two families to enjoy the peace and tranquillity, beautiful location, and yet still have the conveniences of shops, restaurants and sites of classic Loire cultural heritage nearby.
