Our Farmhouse
The house has 4 hectares of its own land, Including a vineyard and two meadows. There is a large garden with a pool to the rear of the property and a courtyard with several barns to the front.

The property is around 45 minutes drive from Aeroport Val de Loire (Tours airport), which has Ryan Air access from Stanstead. It is around 1 hours drive from Poitiers airport and around 1½ hours drive from Limoges airport.
Accommodation
Downstairs: There is a well-appointed kitchen with an attractive tiled floor leading onto a raised terrace at the front of the house. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and electric/gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
There is a traditional stone sink as well as a modern one. Also downstairs is a character lounge with its own bread-oven and a TV/Video/DVD. There are two double bedrooms and one with bunk-beds and a newly fitted bath/shower room.
Upstairs: There is one king-size double bedroom and one twin bedroom and a newly fitted bath/shower room. There are lovely views over the countryside from both rooms upstairs.
Outside: There is a large garden to the rear with pool and pool-side furniture. At the front of the house there is a terrace with outside tables and chairs, bbq and traditional French boules set. Linen (not including swimming towels) is included in the rental price. A cot and some other baby/toddler equipment are available for people with young families. A welcome pack is provided just prior to your arrival.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or smoking in the farmhouse.
